The dogs have already passed the quarantine and are in the South Korean presidential palace.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un presented South Korean President Moon Jae-in with two Pungsan hunting dogs during the third inter-Korean summit, held in Pyongyang on September 18 and 19.

The dogs have already passed the quarantine and arrived at the presidential palace in Seoul on September 27. The Moon Jae-in Administration indicated that the South Korean president already has a dog of this Korean breed named Maru.

On September 20 it was learned that the North Korean leader had already sent as a gift two tons of mushrooms ‘matsutake’ (pine mushroom, very common in Asia) to his South Korean counterpart in the framework of the inter-Korean summit.
